Journal Article 2024 03 04 <strong>Purpose: </strong>The aim of this study was to evaluate the improvement of educational quality based on management factors based on Islamic values.<br /><strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: The present study was applied based on the purpose and quantitative based on the nature of the data. The statistical population included all school principals in Tehran with 2800 people. The Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size of a small fraction. Therefore, 338 school principals were selected as the research sample. In this study, multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select statistical samples. The data collection tool in the present study was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instrument were evaluated and confirmed. Tests such as confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data.<br /><strong>Findings</strong>: The findings of the analysis showed that the factors of individual values, social values ​​and strategic values ​​affect the improvement of educational quality in schools in Tehran.<br /><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Based on the results of the present study, attention to management factors based on Islamic values ​​affects the improvement of educational quality in schools. <strong>هدف</strong>: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی بهبود کیفیت آموزشی مبتنی بر فاکتورهای مدیریت بر مبنای ارزش های اسلامی انجام شده است<span dir="LTR">.</span><br /><strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای هدف، کاربردی و  بر مبنای ماهیت داده‌ها نیز از نوع کمی بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیه مدیران مدارس شهر تهران به تعداد 2800 نفر بود. برای تعیین حجم نمونه بخش کمی از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد. بنابراین 338 نفر از مدیران  مدارس به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش برای انتخاب نمونه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آماری از روش نمونه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در پژوهش حاضر پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته بود. روایی و پایایی ابزار مورد سنجش و تایید قرار گرفت. برای تحلیل داده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها از آزمون<span dir="LTR">‌</span>هایی نظیر تحلیل عاملی تأییدی بهره گرفته شد<span dir="LTR">.</span><br /><strong>یافته</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong><strong>ها:</strong> یافته های حاصل از تحلیل نشان داد که عوامل ارزشهای فردی، ارزشهای اجتماعی و ارزشهای راهبردی بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی در مدارس شهر تهران تاثیر می گذارند<span dir="LTR">.</span><br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر ، توجه به عوامل مدیریت بر مبنای ارزش های اسلامی بر ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی در مدارس تاثیر می گذارد<span dir="LTR">.</span> https://www.quraniimed.com/article_191795_d00246398a6238a3384909cfa4917360.pdf
