Abstract
Divine Lordship can be considered as the essence of the principle of monotheism, which requires a study of all aspects of it in the Holy Qur'an; The semantic scope of this Qur'anic teaching raises the question of whether divine divinity in the Qur'an can be divided. If yes, in what different ways can it be examined? To examine this issue, first, three types of required concepts are defined, namely, general and specific, partial and general, and applied and restrictive; Then, by mentioning examples from the verses of the Qur'an, these concepts are analyzed and applied to those verses. In addition to this study, an attempt is made to cite important Shiite and Sunni interpretations. The present article uses analytical-interpretive method and library method to explain the category of divine Lordship from the perspective of the Holy Quran in order to achieve its different angles with the help of the mentioned concepts.
