Abstract
Only one woman (Mary) is mentioned in the Quran. In general, the Qur'an has directly spoken about women in 196 verses. In the text of the Qur'an, the creation of the first woman (Eve) is described as similar and simultaneous with the creation of the first man (Adam). The view of Quran and Islam towards women has always been the subject of many criticisms. The family is the basic pillar of human society and the condition of dynamism and stability is the necessity of correct and stable relationships between husband and wife and children. The current society of Iran, as the most important Shiite country, has tried to implement the principles and solutions of Islam in various fields, so that it has also addressed them in laws and regulations, but this is influenced by several factors, including: the entry of Western culture into the country, especially The works of the movement, feminism, are the remnants of the traditional patriarchal culture, etc., and for this purpose, in this research, an attempt has been made to examine the limits and extent of women's civil freedom from the perspective of Islam, the Qur'an, and schools, through a descriptive and library method and with regard to current issues. Feminism has been discussed and the doubts surrounding them have also been investigated. Studies have shown that in the West, under the influence of the feminism movement, the family has lost its three vital functions; Satisfying sexual needs within a specific framework; Family as the center of generation and education and family as economic support. This is despite the fact that 1400 years ago, Islam considers men and women to complement each other and has declared piety as the only superior factor and has shown that men and women are equal in human status.
