Spiritual, Physical and Social Effects of Bowing in the Quran and Hadiths

Abstract
Ruku is considered as one of the five main pillars of prayer, so much so that in the Qur'an, instead of commanding prayer, the two main pillars of ruku and prostration have been used many times. Bowing is a bow before God and a confession of His oneness that brings the remembrance of God into the human heart and brings him closer to the ultimate goal of servitude, that is, nearness to God. In the forthcoming research that has been done in the field of Quran and hadith books, the effects of bowing have been studied descriptively-analytically including spiritual, physical and social benefits and the following items have been found: Longevity and survival of blessings, achieving comfort without enduring hardship, Creating hope and eliminating despair, effective in childbearing, causes obedience and avoidance of sin, expression of politeness, humility, submission and avoidance of arrogance, purification of the heart from jealousy, hypocritical bowing, insulting and mocking God, bowing through attaining nearness and salvation Relief from the terror of the grave and the sanctity of the body leaning on the fire, the greatness of his sins against the angels, divine pride in bowing to him, facing disasters, the good end of the rak'ah, bowing the atonement of evil and building mosques.
