Abstract
Purpose: Power is in the hands of the government, institutions and organizations affiliated with the government and therefore, ordinary people may be oppressed in some of their relations with the government and their affiliates. The Court of Administrative Justice is responsible for protecting the people against the government. Materials and Methods: This study is a library study and examines the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice and its procedures in dealing with violations of non-governmental hospitals. Findings: The authorities for dealing with violations of non-governmental organizations, including non-governmental hospitals, are also the Court of Administrative Justice, while it is a matter of services and not government. Conclusion: Regarding the jurisdiction of the General Assembly of the Court of Administrative Justice, there are drastic differences between the new law and the old law.
