The Position of Ethics in Family Law in Iran's Civil Law

Abstract
family relationship is basically at least a moral relationship and at most a romantic relationship. but the rights to preserve the essence of morality and love in human relationships and the stability of public order, to any moral relationship that has legal effects. Immediately after the actual realization, she wears clothes and legal protection. Therefore, family rights are formed in order to preserve the family as a source of morality and love in the society. Despite this, family law can perform its function if it is based on justice and legal freedom. , but it has fundamental problems in Iran's legal system in this sense, and therefore it has been criticized a lot. The debate on the equality or similarity of the rights of men and women in cases such as inheritance, dowry, the right to divorce, dowry, martyrdom, polygamy, head of the family, alimony, temporary marriage, the relationship between parents and children, has raised many challenges today. Also, family rights have found severe conflicts with ethics in new issues such as human cloning and artificial insemination. In this article, the relationship between family law and ethics in Iran's legal system is discussed.
