The second title discusses the effect of the Qur'an on the hearts and souls of believers and unbelievers, cruel and tyrannical people, revelers and promiscuous people, rulers and sultans, men and women. and its effects on human life, and investigated the cut letters and the secrets hidden among them.
Findings: Therefore, in this research, the impact of the use of certain verses and cut letters of the Qur'an on Islamic life has been investigated according to the review of the book "The Secrets of the Letters and the Layers of the Cut Letters in the Holy Qur'an" authored by Kazem Muhammad Ali Shekar.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the broken letters and the surah in which there are broken letters, and sometimes this relationship, in the form of repetition of broken letters at the beginning of the chapters, points to the frequent use of the same letters in that surah.
