چکیده
شاخصههای رویکرد غیردینی به سلامت معنوی از موضوعات و چالشهای مهمی است که میتواند برداشت از مفهوم و چگونگی اثرگذاری سلامت معنوی در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی انسان را تحتتأثیر قرار دهد. رویکردهای غیردینی به سلامت معنوی بر تجربیات و نیازهای انسانی در ارتباط با معنای زندگی، ارزشها، اخلاقیات و ارتباط با خود، دیگران و جهان تمرکز دارند. برخلاف رویکردهای دینی که بر آموزهها و اعتقادات مذهبی تأکید میکنند، رویکردهای غیردینی طیف وسیعی از دیدگاهها و روشها را برای ارتقای سلامت معنوی ارائه میدهند. در این مقاله با بررسی رویکردهای مختلف به سلامت معنوی، ضمن ارائه تعاریف مختلف از این مفهوم از گذشته تا به امروز، شاخصههای رویکرد غیردینی به سلامت معنوی در سه بخش شناختی، رفتارهای غیر خدامحورانه و آرامش معنوی غیردینی را مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار دادهایم و به این نتیجه رسیدهایم که به دلیل عرفیسازی جدی مفهوم سلامت معنوی بر اساس فهم عامه و رویکرد سکولار (دنیوی، شخصی و متکی نبودن به ادیان نهادینه) در بیشتر موارد تعریف معنویت و پیرو آن سلامت معنوی افزون بر آن که مبانی متفاوتی دارد؛ جهتگیری کارکردها و پیامدهای آنها نیز پذیرفتنی نیست یا میتواند قابلقبول نباشد. در این رویکرد، خودمحوری و انسانمحوری اصل است و خداوند جایگاهی در بین آموزههای آنها ندارد. چرا که غایت این جنبشهای، تحوّل فردی است و تمام تلاش عرفانهای عصر جدید معطوف به این است که سفر معنوی را در وجود انسان بیافریند.
