Objective: The present study aims to identify and analyze the trends in scientific publications in the field of the Quran and mental health using a scientometric approach.

Methods: This scientometric study extracted data from the Scopus database by searching for keywords related to the Quran and mental health. Data analysis was conducted using the Bibliometrix package in the R programming language.

Findings: A total of 131 relevant scientific documents were identified, indicating a growing trend in publications in recent years, especially in 2020. The majority of publications were original research articles (96 documents). Journals such as Religion and Health and Quranic Studies were identified as key publication sources in this field. Geographically, Iran (119 documents), Indonesia (93 documents), and Malaysia (90 documents) had the highest contributions to scientific output. Analysis of the scientific collaboration network showed that Iran, Malaysia, and Indonesia formed a collaborative cluster, while most Western and African countries collaborated within separate clusters. Furthermore, keyword cluster analysis revealed that concepts such as mental health, anxiety, depression, stress, and Quran recitation were the most frequently mentioned in the articles
