Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide indicators of human resource development based on Islamic teachings in Guilan University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and Methods: The present study is of mixed type. Relevant data in the qualitative stage were collected using semi-structured interviews by key informants and analyzed using MaxQDA software; In a quantitative stage, using a researcher-made questionnaire, 318 employees of this university were evaluated by non-probabilistic sampling method.
Findings: The final results of the research showed that human resource development has three themes: Islamic and Western and the distinction between them, as well as Islamic and Western consequences. Quantitative stage findings analyzed by SmartPLS3 software also confirm the structural model, and the relationship between human resource development and identified outcomes.
Conclusion: In order to achieve its goals, any organization needs employees who, by developing their skills and abilities, can achieve the maximum level of employee performance. One of the organizations that provides services in the community and its employees have shown more sacrifice due to the prevalence of corona and the organization has become more dependent on its employees, are medical universities.
