Human cloning technology, through existing knowledge, has created increasing concerns and concerns among scholars and scholars of religion, ethics and law, whose judgments require scrutiny. Investigating the effects and judgments of this phenomenon from different points of view is the subject of this research because it is one of the hidden issues of jurisprudence and law that its judgments and effects need further investigation.
