Abstract
The evolution of the principles of jurisprudence in the present age requires a moderate approach in order to reach from extreme rationalism and obstinacy in appearances in a correct and moderate way, far from extremism and excess, because excess in using appearances or excessive reliance on superficiality separates us from moderation and moderation. The use of extremist reason also diverts us from the direct path of divine revelation, and this is the greatest damage to the structure of the principles of jurisprudence. Also, what is the best way to change the principles of jurisprudence in the present age? The results of this study show that extreme superficiality and lack of use of reasoning power of ijtihad and ijtihad knowledge of the individual also causes extreme irrationality in the principles of jurisprudence. The ball of emerging issues was freed from stagnation and intellectual rigidity, and caused the advancement and advancement of the science of the principles of jurisprudence.
