Abstract
According to historical evidence, at the time from the beginning of the second century, the Shiite population structure in the Arab Iraqi regions changed and the concentration of Shiite power centers in these regions was paralleled by the weakening of the authority of the Abbasid caliphs and the rise of emirs and the emergence of Shiite families; The role played by families such as Al Nobakht in the political and cultural spheres caused Shia religious and scientific representation to fall into the hands of a range of Ahl al-Bayt lovers. According to the ethnic support and cultural lifestyle, they should take steps towards the independence of the Shia religion and prevent the division or deviation of Shiism. The leadership of people like Abu Sahl Nobakhti in the position of Naqib Shiites of Baghdad or Husayn Ibn Rooh in the guise of Vice Imam of Asr (AS) is a sign of such effort and excitement. Agents from Al Nubakht in the caliphate were busy enforcing Iranian culture in the political structure of the Islamic government. At the same time, with the help of the spread of philosophy and theology, the theologians and intellectuals of Nobakhti took help from the rational sciences and argumentative proofs for the reconciliation of religion and philosophy and the explanation of religious teachings, and they had a direct impact on the Hadithist schools of Qom and the rationalist schools of
Baghdad in the following centuries. The current research with a descriptive-analytical method aims to investigate and analyze the political and cultural function of the Nobakhti family as an active and hardworking social group during the second to fourth centuries of Hijri and parallel to the infancy of Islamic civilization; It is also intended to prove the hypothesis that the timely and effective presence of the Nobakhti family among the Shia community and their efforts to lead the Shia minority in Iraq, as well as the consolidation of the Shia religious foundations, led to the revival of Shia authority and the strengthening of the Imami school of theology.
