Quranic jurisprudential solutions to prevent the social damage of divorce and its impact on social health

Abstract
Social harms are multidimensional, legal, controllable and preventable phenomena. Scientific study in this field can help in planning the three stages: pathology, prevention and treatment. Islam, as the most perfect religion of divine religions, emphasizes the prevention of social harms, including divorce, which is one of the most important social harms in the world and also in Iran. The increase in divorce and the damages caused by it has become a matter of concern because this phenomenon causes other social damages such as addiction, suicide, sexual deviations, etc. The purpose of this article is to examine jurisprudential and sometimes legal solutions to prevent the social damage of divorce; It has investigated the subject with analytical and descriptive methods. The findings of the research indicate that jurisprudence has provided several solutions in this field, which by adhering to them, the occurrence of this phenomenon can be prevented to a large extent. The most important ways to deal with the social damage of divorce in jurisprudence and law are: Increasing the spirit of tolerance of spouses with each other, training the necessary skills in controlling anger, importance of the role of the economy and providing employment opportunities for young people, efforts to strengthen the religious and moral foundation in common life, paying attention to genuine 
and real criteria in the stage of choosing a spouse; Mandating pre-marital psychological cou006Eseling for couples is a true revelation of the Quranic tradition of arbitration.
