Abstract
The aim of the current research was to compare the talent management model of gifted students in the educational system of Iran and Canada and to present a health-based talent search model. The present research method was descriptive of mixed type (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included Iran and Canada, and the purposeful sampling method was used. In addition to Iran, among all the countries in the world, Canada was selected as one of the advanced countries in terms of educational indicators. In the
quantitative part, the statistical population was all the students of the second secondary level of Sampad schools in Tehran, which was used using staged cluster sampling, and then the components in the talent management model of gifted students were analyzed using the content analysis method. Sandpapers were identified and extracted, and a model with 9 components was identified. Also, the scientific basis of education for gifted students in Canada has 58 indicators, 9 categories (multidimensional dynamics, enrichment based on independence, assessment and identification based on tests, special facilities, special training, holding competitions, independence in
identifying talents, talent Participatory search and monitoring of talents) and 4 topics (comprehensiveness of talent search, autonomy in talent search, restorative and extracurricular trainings, emphasis on collaborative abilities) and are the results of second-order confirmatory factor analysis and related structural equation modelling to the final questionnaire in order to formulate the final perceptual model showed that among these 9 components of independence in identifying talents, monitoring talents, enrichment based on independence, special training, tests, multi-dimensional dynamics, special facilities, holding competitions , participatory talent search, respectively, have the highest factor loading and factor weight on the second-order factor of gifted students' talent search. In this way, the final model of the research with nine factors and 50 items was compiled as a suitable conceptual framework for the
talent management model of gifted students in Iran.
