The view of Imam Ali (AS) in the Mu'taqeen sermon in connection with the promotion of mental health

Abstract
Purpose: The upcoming research seeks to extract and collect the components and solutions to promote and improve mental health based on the khutbah of Motaqin Nahj al-Balagheh.

Materials and methods: This research was conducted with the method of library study and descriptive-analytical method, which was obtained by referring to the book of Nahj al-Balagheh, the necessary materials and data were analyzed and analyzed. The current research is a type of interdisciplinary research of the combination of Islamic teachings in the direction of the development and expansion of human sciences.

Findings: Nahj al-Balagheh's khutbah introduces four general strategies for improving mental health: 1. Insight strategies: God's lack of need, God's sustenance, faith and certainty in God, patience in suffering, faith in resurrection. 2. Secretarial strategies: truthfulness, being greedy in acquiring knowledge, gentleness and foresight, empathy with prayers and supplications, control of anger, oneness of word and deed, Sa'a Sadr, forgiveness of the past. 3. Motivational solutions: hope, understanding the presence of the Creator, faith in God's promises. 4. Action solutions: avoiding harming others, avoiding sin, avoiding obscene words, trustworthiness, safety and comfort of people.

Conclusion: In the field of mental health, Nahj al-Balagheh generally introduces the above four strategies and components to ensure security and promote mental health, each of which has a direct and close relationship with each other.
