طراحی مدل مدیریت سوگ و داغ‌دیدگی در مادران فرزند مبتلا به سرطان با رویکرد آموزه‌های قرآن

چکیده
 زمینه و هدف: فقدان محبوب، تنش‌زاترین واقعه‌ای است که هر فرد می‌تواند در زندگی خود تجربه کند، سخت‌ترین و دردناک‌ترین تجربه داغ‌دیدگی، از دست دادن فرزند است، از دست دادن فرزند، سوگی به‌خصوص و بی‌مانند است که از انواع دیگر سوگ شدیدتر است و منجر به ایجاد نشانه‌های جدی‌تری می‌شود که مدت بیشتری نیز باقی می‌مانند؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل مدیریت سوگ و داغ‌دیدگی در مادران فرزند مبتلابه سرطان با رویکرد آموزه‌های قرآن بود. 
روش: روش پژوهش حاضر‌ نظریه زمینه‌ای از نوع کیفی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مادران فرزند مبتلابه سرطان در شهر بابل بود. از بین آن‌ها‌21 نفر به‌وسیله روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و بر اساس اصل اشباع، مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. برای تحلیل مصاحبه‌های انجام‌شده از روش تحلیل سیستماتیک استراوس و کوربین (1998) و سه روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی بهره گرفته شد.
 یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد‌56 کد از میان 387 مفهوم شناسایی شد.‌56 کد اولیه در قالب‌10 مقوله شامل اعتقاد به آزمایش الهی، اعتقاد به مالکیت خداوند، نگرش مثبت به زندگی، بینش صحیح به مرگ، ایجاد انگیزه، اجتناب‌ناپذیری مرگ، حفظ تعادل روانی، تقویت ایمان و باورهای مذهبی، آرامش آموزی و آموزش غلبه بر اضطراب موردتوجه قرار گیرد.
 نتیجه‌گیری: دین و معنویت به افراد کمک می‌کند تا با ناملایمات بیرونی و درونی بهتر مقابله کنند. عمل به باورهای دینی و معنا جویی، عوامل مهمی در فرایند غم و اندوه هستند و می‌توانند از فرد داغ‌دیده در نحوۀ مواجهه با سوگ و استرس‌ها محافظت کند.
